Relationship breakdowns can sometimes lead to disagreements surrounding child arrangement issues. These may include where the child shall live and how much time they shall spend with the non-resident parent, whether there should be a 50/50 shared care arrangement in place and/or more defined issues such as where the child shall go to school, medical treatment for the child or even the child’s religion.
